Can I set different prices for different parties?

Yes — you can set party-specific price lists. A VIP customer can get a different rate than a new buyer. Nizaam applies the correct price list automatically when you select the party, no manual adjustment needed.

Can customers make partial payments against invoices?

Yes — record full or partial payments against specific invoices. The party ledger updates automatically, showing remaining balance per invoice and overall outstanding. Payment receipts can be printed and shared.

Does Nizaam handle both buying and selling accounts?

Yes — suppliers (who you buy from) and customers (who buy from you) are both managed in the same system. The purchase side tracks what you owe; the sales side tracks what others owe you. Both visible in one dashboard.

What if a party returns goods from a previous invoice?

Process the return against the original invoice. Stock is updated automatically. The party's outstanding balance is reduced by the returned amount. A credit note is generated and can be used against future orders.
